Humble Cafe + Bakery: Exceptional Plant-Based Brunch & Artisan Coffee in Lambertville, NJ

I went yesterday morning(Saturday, September 19th)a little before noon to get my morning coffee before enjoying the nice fall weather. Due to the pandemic you place your order outside and they go prepare it inside and bring it out to you. Everything felt very safe. I ordered an iced coffee and a double chocolate pretzel cookie. They gave me two cookies instead of one since they came out a little smaller than usual. The cookie and iced coffee were both absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend them both!

I am so happy we discovered this unique and incredibly tasty cafe. We first got takeout because a vegan relative was visiting, but now we are hooked. Everything is made with high quality, healthy ingredients, and everything is delicious! I am obsessed with their roasted red pepper soup and stock up on it so I can have it several days in a row. A big shout out to their amazing Folk City Roasters coffee as well ~ I am now ordering bags of that. On top of all this they are super friendly. They kindly cleared off their snow covered tables and chairs when we met up there with some family members for an outdoor pandemic get together. Highly recommend!

This was the best brunch takeout I've had in a long time. Ordering was easy and ready fast. Tried the breakfast sandwich and the kale salad with a side of the crispy seitan. Wow is all I can say. All of the individual components were excellent, especially the house made mozzarella and coconut bacon. Together they were devine. Can't wait to come back and try more as I am humbled by their outstanding food!

Can’t go wrong with the seitan ribs, and if paired with the mac and cheese you’ve got a killer combo. Highly recommended, plus the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

First time trying. Sad that they are closing. If you can try to make their last day. I wish I could go tomorrow and buy a dozen chocolate matcha mints to freeze. There probably will be a little wait, so be prepared. I did place an order online and had to wait a bit when I picked up, partially my fault, I could make the original time. They were out of some items, but substitute for one and said they would refund the others. Their seitan cheesesteak was one of the best I've had so far. I haven't had the brioche yet (pictured) but I'm sure it's heaven.

Got the orange dessert, forgot the name! It’s amazing! Chocolatey with a hint of orange on top. The breakfast calzone was so tasty! The tofu was amazing. And the cookies- soft and chewy! We’ll be back. They had electrical issues when we went so the only thing was we had to cook the calzones ourselves (my idea) and they came out great still :)

Humble Cafe is awesome. It provides a fast casual eating experience with a space for everyone. The food is delicious you won't regret being vegan for a while. The cafe has a kids corner also with toys, books, table and more! And as a parent I love their changing area in the bathroom. All in all this place will definitely become a regular place for us.
